Sales Receipt: A VAT receipt will be sent with each order by the Approved Distributor you purchased your X4000 from.

Returns and Refund Policy

A) Right To Change Your Mind. If you are not completely satisfied you may return the Painwave X4000 within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund of the purchase price from the Approved Distributor you purchased your X4000 from.

What you need to do:

The product and the charger must be returned in its original packaging (undamaged) complete with all the original literature. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a handling charge set at the sole discretion of the approved distributor of Pulse Medical Technologies Limited to cover damaged and missing items. Please contact the Approved Distributor you purchased your X4000 from.

Await acknowledgement and a Return Reference Code.

Send the product back with covering note together with your name and address and original order details and quote Return Reference Code along with ALL the original packaging and literature.

The items must be returned within 30 days of receipt by you. You will be required to pay for your postage and it is strongly advised that you send the item using a recorded-delivery service. Approved distributors of Pulse Medical Technologies Limited will not be held responsible for non-receipt of returned items. In such circumstances no refund will be paid.

B) Warranty returns: Follow the instructions provided by your Approved Distributor who you purchased your X4000 from.

Refund of Payment: Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment used to place order.

Data Protection: The information you provide will remain confidential at all times and we will only use the information that we collect in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Complaints: If you have a complaint, please contact the approved distributor who you purchased your X4000 from immediately by fax, phone or email. All complaints will be acknowledged within one working day. Any complaint will be dealt with fairly, effectively and confidentially. These complaints will be dealt with within seven working days. These terms and conditions do not affect your consumers statutory rights.

Unforeseen Circumstances: While every effort will be made to meet customer demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond our control.

Acceptance: By Purchasing from an approved distributor of Pulse Medical Technologies Limited you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property Rights: All instructions and promotional content supplied with this product including trademarks (whether registered or not) logos, devices and other graphics, text and other material, are the property of Pulse Medical Technologies Limited, or licensed to us by our content suppliers. Copyright, database, trademark and other intellectual property rights protect this product and promotional material. Unless these terms and conditions specifically allow it, any use, re-production and/or any distribution to third parties of this product material (or any part of it) for commercial and/or professional healthcare or medical purposes is expressly prohibited. Unauthorised use of this material is expressly prohibited and may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Limited Product Liability: Pulse Medical Technologies warrants that the X4000 medical device sold through Approved Distributors, if used in accordance with the supplied instructions, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months. If a product, part or component is found to contain defects in material or workmanship within the applicable warranty period, Pulse Medical Technologies will repair it or replace it with the same or comparable product, at its option, free of charge. Any product must have been used and maintained according to Pulse Medical Technologies' published instructions, must not have been subjected to unreasonable use, and must not have been modified. This warranty applies to original purchasers only who acquire their products new from Pulse Medical Technologies through Approved Distributors.

Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you hereby agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
